Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations: If a client needs to cancel a booked service, they must notify us within the specified cancellation window for a full or partial deposit refund.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed through the original payment method and might be subject to a processing fee. Deposits are refundable for cancellations made within the designated cancellation window. Refunds will only be granted as follows:
- Full Deposit Refund will be granted if a cancellation is made within 72 hours of creating the booked appointment.
- Partial Deposit Refund will be granted if a cancellation is made five business days before the appointment. This amount to be refunded is 50% of the original deposit made, equaling 25% of the original appointment cost.

- Clients can request to reschedule their appointments, subject to availability, without incurring additional charges if the request is made within the specified time frame (48 hours before the scheduled appointment). The original deposit will be transferred to the new appointment.
- If an appointment is rescheduled with less than a 48-hour notice, a rebooking request will incur an additional charge of 25% of the original appointment cost. This policy is designed to protect both our service providers and the business by helping to recover resources and lost time that becomes difficult to fill due to the limited notice before the vacated appointment time.
- If an appointment is rescheduled to a future date, and then a cancellation attempt is made, the full deposit will be forfeited.

If a client fails to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice within the cancellation policy as outlined, the deposit for that service will be forfeited. This policy encourages responsible scheduling and allows us to allocate our resources more effectively.
Late Arrival:
We value your time and want to provide you with the best service possible. To ensure that our schedule runs smoothly and that all clients receive the attention they deserve, we have established the following late arrival policy:
- Arrival Time: We kindly ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment. This allows us to start your service promptly and maximize the time allocated for your session.
- Late Arrival: If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, your service may need to be modified to fit within the remaining time. While we will make every effort to accommodate you, please understand that we may need to shorten or adjust the service to ensure that other clients are not inconvenienced.
- Modification of Service: If your service needs to be modified due to late arrival, the full-service fee will still apply. We will do our best to provide a quality experience within the remaining time or reschedule you if needed, depending on the service type.
- Rescheduling due to Late Arrival: If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time and your service cannot be completed effectively within the remaining time, we may need to reschedule your appointment. Please note that a 25% rescheduling fee may apply.
- Courtesy to Other Clients: Our commitment to punctuality extends to all clients. By adhering to the scheduled appointment times, you contribute to the smooth operation of our services and demonstrate consideration for the other clients who have appointments after yours.
- Repeat Offenses: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally lead to tardiness. However, repeat instances of late arrival may affect our ability to serve you and other clients efficiently. We reserve the right to implement additional measures for clients with repeated late arrivals, such as requiring full payment upfront to book future appointments or restricting booking permissions.

- Purpose of the Deposit: The deposit amount is intended to minimize the need for charging fees related to cancellations, late rescheduling, and no-shows. By securing a deposit upfront, we can manage our schedule better, allocate staff, and accommodate other clients effectively.
- Deposit Requirement: To ensure the efficient management of our services and to provide the best possible experience for all our valued clients, a 50% deposit will be required for every service at the time of booking. This deposit serves as a commitment fee and helps us allocate resources appropriately.
This deposit percentage also allows us to avoid charging for late cancellations or no-shows; therefore, all expenses are communicated and foreseen.
*** Exceptions are made for any financed service. If you wish to use AfterPay or Client Financing, please call the center to book your appointment through our reception desk.
*** Deposits are considered non-refundable unless they qualify for an exception within our cancellation policy, as outlined in section 1.b.
- Deposit Payment: Clients can make the required deposit using the payment methods accepted by our establishment at the time of booking. This can be done online within our Webstore or in-person at the Studio. The deposit amount is always 50% of every service.
- Deposit Application: The deposit paid when booking will be applied towards the service’s total cost. The remaining balance can be settled at the time of the appointment.

As often as possible, we will seek to make exceptions in the favor of our clients. We know life happens!
If it does not affect another client or have a serious negative impact on our Artist or Business, we will seek to accommodate.
However, please understand this is not the baseline we can always operate at.
In cases of unforeseen emergencies or extenuating circumstances, we understand that adjustments may be necessary. We encourage clients to contact us as soon as possible to discuss such situations.

While we understand the importance of flexibility, making excessive exceptions to our cancellation policy could potentially negatively affect our operations.
